Meet Alicia
Red Ledges TeamAlicia works exclusively with Buyers and Sellers in Red Ledges, Utah’s Premier Four-Season Lifestyle Community. To her, though, Red Ledges is much more than a workplace.
In 2006, before the golf courses or a single home graced it's landscape, Alicia hiked the iconic red rock with Mitchel Burns, a good friend from Washington state. Mitchel had recently moved to Utah from Seattle to develop Red Ledges, a continuation of his family's legacy within the area. At the time, Alicia had no idea how her connection to the community would grow, but could tell, there was something special in the works.
Alicia and her family returned almost every winter since to see the impressive progression of the development. In 2021, Alicia, Jeff, and their daughter, Fiona, came to enjoy the summer in Red Ledges for the first time and found the perfect climate, active lifestyle, and friendly people. Alicia's family uprooted their lives to build their dream home and become part of the Red Ledges community.
Prior to Alicia's real estate career, she owned and operated high-volume cafes in Washington state, where she learned that the direct path to joyful success is a mix of passion and empathy. As a real estate agent, Alicia has a genuine love for the people she works with—which is why clients love working with her, making their experience a great one.
When Alicia is not playing or working at Red Ledges, she will likely be traveling—probably Palm Springs or Mexico.
