About Caleb Howells

In his early 20s, Caleb Howells brings a fresh perspective, a strong work ethic, and a foundation of meaningful experience to the world of real estate. Though newly licensed in January 2025, Caleb has been immersed in the industry for over a year, working alongside his mother, Amy Moody, an experienced agent with Christie's International Real Estate, and contributing behind the scenes to successful transactions and high-end property marketing.

 

A Utah native with deep roots in the Wasatch Back, Caleb has a lifelong appreciation for the beauty, land, and lifestyle this region offers. From horseback riding and hiking in the Uintah Mountains to working on family farms and in other local businesses, he has gained firsthand insight into the culture and values of the area.

 

Caleb served a two-year Spanish-speaking mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he developed deep communication skills, leadership qualities, and a heart for service. He is also an Eagle Scout, a former youth leader in church and service clubs, and has taught at a school for children on the autism spectrum, showcasing his compassion, patience, and people-first approach.

 

Now, as a member of the Christie's team, Caleb is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers across Utah find meaningful success in their real estate goals. With integrity, energy, and a grounded understanding of the market, he's ready to serve.
