About Stephen Kotsenburg

Steve has been a REALTOR® since 1984, applying his expertise and market knowledge to help both sellers and buyers to reach their real estate goals. Steve has been successfully involved in building and selling luxury beach, marina, lake, and golf homes in resort areas throughout his real estate career, and for the past 24 years, he’s focused his efforts on providing real estate services to the Park City area.

Before Steve‘s move to Park City 28 years ago, he was involved in ownership of a fitness center, convenience store, commercial office management, and a successful restaurant. He firmly believes that maintaining a reputation for excellence, honesty, and integrity is the key to his successful long-term relationships with all of his clients.

Steve‘s family has enjoyed the great Park City lifestyle since moving here. Their oldest son, Jeremy, who is now a Lt. Col. In the Space Force, graduated from Park City High School.  They were especially active in the competitive snowboard community where Steve‘s now adult children -- Blaze, Sage, and Kirra pursued professional snowboard careers on the world stage riding the local resorts of Park City. This was best highlighted during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games when Sage won the first gold of the Games and the first gold medal for the USA during the Games in the inaugural sport of men’s snowboard slopestyle. 
 
Steve’s wife, Carol Ann, acted as homeschool teacher and coach to their children, traveling all around the U.S. and beyond as they pursued their dreams in snowboarding. She is currently an OR nurse and the Surgical Services Director at Park City Hospital.

Steve and his family consider themselves very blessed to live and work in Park City where they can enjoy the unique lifestyle this outstanding community has to offer during each of its distinct seasons. Steve loves to share his enthusiasm for this community and he relishes the opportunity to help clients achieve their real estate dreams.
