About Whitney Olch

Whitney Olch is the real deal. For over 20 years, she’s been working full time as a real estate agent in Park City. She has handled over $1 billion in local real estate transactions, and shepherded countless deals through to successful closings. Clients praise Whitney for her nuanced knowledge of the local market, her candor, and her strategic attention to detail. Earlier in her career, Whitney was part of a highly lauded team helmed by the top agent in Utah. Consequently, she knows how to work successfully with others and considers her clients to be true partners. Having built and remodeled several times herself, Whitney is well attuned to the rhythms and particular needs of remodel and new construction transactions.

Whitney is one of the rare few, who were born and raised in Park City and can remember not just the evolution of the real estate market here, but also of the community itself. After graduating from Trinity College in Connecticut and working in Los Angeles, Whitney returned to her hometown intending to dig in. And that she has. Civic engagement was instilled early in Whitney. Today, she supports the local public schools by serving on the board of Park City Education Foundation where she focuses on governance and Bright Futures, which is committed to helping first generation college students. Whitney also serves on the Women’s Giving Fund committee at Park City Community Foundation. In 2020, Whitney was presented the Meritorious Service Award by Park City Board of Realtors recognizing her outstanding service in the community. Previously, she has served on the boards of Park City Community Foundation, KPCW, Park City Institute and chaired Summit Sotheby’s Cares. 

Whitney has traveled all over the world, visiting more than 40 countries. While the desire to explore new places and cultures remains strong in Whitney, she is proud to be raising her two young children in the place she has always known and loved. And helping other families find their homes in Park City, too.
